How we met...
Flashback to the summer of 2002. Erin was working as a hostess at Nick's House of Ribs in Ocean City, MD for the summer. Dave was a waiter there. None of the servers really spent too much time socializing with the hostesses. One evening as the rush was ending, Dave asked Erin out for ice cream at King Kone (since she was only 20, going out for a drink was out of the question). So they got ice cream, and went for a walk on the beach. They dated for the summer but figured in September when Erin went back to Towson University in MD and Dave went back to Millersville University in PA the relationship would fizzle away. But thanks to free long distance on cell phones & no Friday classes, the relationship continued and the rest is history!
Where we are now...
Erin is a bank manager & retail loan officer for the best bank in town!! Dave is finishing is final year at Salisbury University to get his degree in History and Secondary Education. He graduates in May 2009 and is so excited to begin teaching! We just bought our FIRST HOME in Parsonsburg, MD (a very small town about 10 mins from Salisbury and 30 mins from Ocean City). It is so much more than we ever envisioned our first home could be and are SO excited to begin our lives together here!!
